Our Review
If you're looking for an affordable 3-star right in the heart of Rome, the Sistina hotel may be the one for you. It combines warm traditional décor with friendly service and guests love the added bonus of the rooftop terrace.
In one of the most interesting and elegant corners of Rome, between Piazza Barberini and Spanish Steps, the Sistina hotel is a small property with a friendly, intimate atmosphere. The lobby is medium in size and leads to various comfortable seating areas and also a bar, where guests can relax. Spread over 4 floors, the 26 guestrooms vary in size and style and offer all the modern comforts travellers have come to expect. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
The breakfast room is attractive and well presented and in the warmer seasons breakfast can also be enjoyed on a terrace with a stunning view of Roman roofs. This small hotel seems to be the right place to take a rest after a full day in the city, whether that involves shopping in the centre or a cultural tour of historical sites.
